The residents work hard to win several Best Kept Village titles, and they have been awarded numerous awards and accolades for their beautiful floral displays. Along with interesting village inns, historic Flemish chimneys and a peaceful setting, the colourful, fragrant village atmosphere makes St.Florence the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Elm Grove Country House has the advantage of being far enough from the nearest town (Tenby) to provide safe and easy parking, and an atmosphere of peace and seclusion, yet it is only a short drive from a plethora of sandy beaches and numerous places of interest. In the grounds there is a croquet lawn, a grass tennis court, childrens play area and games room (open at all times for guests entertainment). In the House, guests will find a tasteful blend of original furnishings, such as marble fireplaces and cornice ceilings, polished wooden floors and modern decor. The atmosphere is one of elegance and luxury - a world of difference from the way it would have been during the second world war, when school girls from London were housed here! The ten ensuite rooms, with CTV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks,Telephone the rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and elegant.There is a small licenced bar.Arrangements can be made for Evening Meals when booking.WE DO NOT CATER FOR HEN AND STAG PARTIES.Access there are 5 steps to the front of the Building but a level access at the rear.We also have 2 ground floor Bedrooms. | |
